2009 Water Environment Federation Conference

KWL's John Hart presented this paper at the Water Environment Federation's 2009 annual conference in Orlando, Florida. The paper describes the planning and implementation of a district energy-sharing system that extracts heat energy from the treated wastewater effluent to heat the Whistler Athletes’ Village.
