Frank Belfry is a Senior Project Manager and the former president of KWL. He has designed and overseen many municipal infrastructure projects and has served as project engineer/manager for several high-profile community expansion projects, including the Whistler Village North Expansion and the District of Elkford community expansion. He has put his considerable experience and skills at consensus-building to good use in community improvement projects where he has, among other roles, served as the Chairman of the District of North Vancouver Advisory Planning Commission.
