Jeff Howard is a professional engineer with a broad range of experience in sanitary sewer, water and stormwater infrastructure from planning through to detailed design and construction services. He has also completed flood and erosion assessments and enhancements on creeks and rivers, and worked on stormwater detention facilities and run-of-river hydro power projects.
