Ken Ferraby leads KWL’s Land Development sector. He is a specialist in engineering planning, design and construction for land servicing and development, and municipal infrastructure with over 30 years of experience in consulting and contracting. His expertise includes infrastructure planning and design, water distribution, sanitary, stormwater systems and building servicing. Most recently, he was the project manager for the Whistler Athletes’ Village design and construction and is currently project manager completing 450mm and 300mm forcemains for the City of Vancouver and Saint John’s New Brunswick District Energy System hot water system study. He also participated in the initial design of the Cambie Street Canada Line sewer pipe relocations.
