Neal Whiteside is KWL's Chief Engineer. His 17 years of experience at KWL is augmented by one year with the City of Vancouver's Water Design Branch. His waterworks experience incorporates all stages of projects from capital planning to detailed design and construction. Neal's planning work includes model development and updating, fire-flow analysis, water quality analysis, evaluation of upgrading alternatives, and development of master plans. He also has considerable water system design experience, including design and construction management of booster pump stations, well field designs, reservoirs, and control valve stations.
Neal also provides ongoing advice to several major water utilities.
